Albert has been involved in the automobile racing business for over 30 years.  As an attorney for over 20 years, he concentrates his craft in Motorsports and Real Estate Law.  Over ten years of litigation and trial experience.  In Motorsports, Albert is experienced with representing drivers, teams, and racing organizations.  In the Real Estate Industry, Albert has represented numerous buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate transactions.  His law firm is a Title Agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.  The firm routinely serves as Title and Closing Agent in the South Florida Community.

Background

Before becoming an attorney, Albert was a race car driver.  He started in Karting, Formula Fords, and Formula Continentals and worked his way up to Indylights and IMSA GTP cars through 1992.  Among the numerous race teams Albert participated as a driver includes the factory Spice team, and factory assisted Maserati team.  He participated in the prestigious 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring, 6 Hours at the Glen, among many others.  Experienced in Superspeedway Ovals, Short Ovals, Street Courses, and Road Courses, including Watkins Glen, Daytona, Sebring, Road America, Road Atlanta, Laguna Seca, Pocono, Milwaukee Mile, Nazareth, Mid-Ohio, Homestead Speedway, Streets of Toronto, Streets of Meadowlands, and Streets of Miami.  Experienced in sports cars, formula cars, and prototypes.  Numerous top five finishes in Indylights, IMSA GTP, the Central American Sports Car Championship, Skip Barber Invitational, SCCA and FARA.
